Happy Birthday Grant
Here is the birthday boy at breakfast this morning. You know he was 23inches long when he was born and it took a lot of milk to get down to the ends of those toes and fingers. Where do the years go? By the way I am talking about real Ma's milk and not skinny lattes....
Last night we all trundled down to Rosie O'Gradys and watched the All Blacks beat England - not their best game but they did win. Northbridge was so busy - some many kids queuing at nightclubs and everywhere. It's quite some time since we have been in Northbridge on a Saturday night - there will be plenty of sore heads this morning and lots of tired feet from wearing and then carrying those special high heels.... that was a few years back......
I had some exciting news yesterday - a while back I was asked to submit a teaching proposal to teach in a country we haven't yet visited and yesterday I got an email to say I had been selected. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning. I will tell you where when the contracts have arrived and been signed but Ian is already planning the trip - he says as tour giude not bag carrier. I found it really hard to make suggestions for 2012 - sometimes I am not sure what I am doing tomorrow....

Hi! Dale,

HAPPY BIRTHDQY TO GRANT, OUR MILLIE WAS 3 YESTERDAY, ALL DAY SPENT AT A HORSE SHOW!!!
Congratulations on your new teaching venue Dale. Being as I like the All Blacks (and you) I shall have to forgive them for beating England ;)
Happy Birthday to Grant!
Lovely to have Grant home with you for his birthday. I can just hear him saying 'Jeez Ma - did you have to tell 'em that'! I thought of you as we watched England being beaten yesterday - we didn't do too badly but the better team won. Congrats on your teaching trip. You'll have to watch Ian - he'll be asking for a rise in pay next!
Hi Dale, You couldn't be more excited to be coming here than we are to have you. Have followed for a long time, lurked I think is the word. Did take an online class that allowed me to play with my embellisher. Congrats to you and your son.
Lexa
As Lexa says, we can't wait for you to come. That's all I will say, since the contracts have not gone back and forth yet. Was so much fun to take the class at Ally Pally and to meet in person. If there is any information that you need for planning, just ask the questions & we'll try to help as much as possible.
