ramblings about textile art
and anything else relevant or not - Dale Rollerson is a textile artist - writer - teacher and passionate owner of The Thread Studio
Someone asked if I could photograph my book as it wasn't so good when scanned - here it is in its entirety with all its inserts inserted - colour is slightly lighter than it really is though.
This is so inviting - I just want to reach out and hold it. So many lovely textures and stitches to admire, and I love the colours too. I always find I get things lighter than they should be - it's the cameras, not us!
I love the colours too Dale. Unusual for me cosidering what I usually work in as you may remember. I can see how your insprations lead you to it. Wow Heather

WOW! It's yummy.
It's gorgeous! How did you make (construct) it? Any chance of a quick tutorial?
