It's relaxation time

Well I reckon we needed this little break - we have slept well, read lots and swum lots as well. I love hopping in and out of the water but prefer it when people drinking and hopping in and out fully dressed, are absent. Little gripe but we ignored them.

We went to the markets Saturday - not much at the moment. The juice people were not there or the lime man so we bought mango chutneys and soap

We got to Cable Beach when the sun had basically disappeared

But it is always lovely

Popped into Zanders for dinner - needed something after two disappointing rugby games before we got back for the third

I did a little felting with merino wool and the chiffon ribbon and then some stitching. At the markets I was hoping to catch up with Rod the photographer who first inspired me with KD stuff but he wasn't there this time round

Went to Port Beach for the sunset tonight - love the rock formations

They almost have a patina look about them

Caught Ian on the move

Found some more rocks

Then back to hop in the pool, collect mint from the garden for our salad, peel the prawns, open the wine and enjoy our last night

Sunset at Port Beach as we left

Another little felting - I love the way the chiffon ribbon crinkles up - wonderful texture

Beautiful images. Love the felty bits and those rocks are amazing.

All very lovely, and well deserved too.

Lucky you Dale! Seems like you both had a glorious holiday and I love the photographs of the rocks and sunsets - not to mention the felting of course!
